The Warehouse Repack Line Worker is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities. This position requires demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity-driven environment. The worker will proficiently pull split labels for orders, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet company standards for productivity
• Pull split labels for orders
• Keep the repack room neat, organized, and sanitized; remove poor quality product from the repack room
• Run any products needing attention
• Ensure the correct quantity of product (double-check quality of your work)
• Keep soft product on top of heavy products (follow loading and unloading procedures)
• Follow daily inventory control procedures (First in, first out)
• Clean and maintain the warehouse inside and out (this includes all coolers; pick up trash; sweeping floor and back dock area; empty trash as needed)
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees about any issues related to performing duties
• Find ways to improve and/or increase productivity
• Follow all HACCP, SQF, and OSHA rules and regulations

Requirements

Requirements:

• Stand for long periods of time
• Able to frequently lift product
• Basic reading and math skills
• Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen)
• 1 year warehouse experience (preferably in the produce industry)

Additional Information:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. The schedule is 5 to 6 days a week, paid hourly. Hours vary from 40-48. We work every holiday except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's.
