Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Repack Associate (Short-Term Project) in Fort Mill, SC. Pay rate is $15 per hour on 1st shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM). The role focuses on repackaging, material handling, labeling, and inventory support to keep warehouse operations moving.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of warehouse experience including forklift use, and a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. Benefits include weekly pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience.
• Ability to identify products, labels, and shipping documents.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse environments.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repack products by removing items from existing packaging and placing them into new packaging.
• Load and unload materials using manual and powered industrial equipment.
• Stack merchandise onto pallets.
• Ensure all materials are accurately labeled.
• Prepare materials with shrink wrap and/or strapping to prevent damage during transportation.
• Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with annual inventory counts.
