Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Relief Driver – Non CDL to support daily warehouse operations and provide backup driving as needed. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory management, and safe vehicle operation on routes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of route driving experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid license and DOT readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of route driver experience on straight or box truck preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass road test.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with proper labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, rotate products; participate in audits and inventory counts.
• Operate a straight truck or box truck for deliveries on assigned routes.
• Maintain route documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Conduct DVIRs and maintain vehicle cleanliness; comply with OSHA/DOT policies.
