Job summary

Brady Companies, LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join our growing team. This role ensures accurate and timely deliveries, safe operation of a straight/box truck, and daily coordination with dispatch. You will assist with warehouse duties, prepare orders for transit, and maintain inventory accuracy across routes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of route driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of route driver experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to deliver products to customer locations on the assigned route.
• Learn and optimize routes, ensure correct orders, maintain delivery documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report issues.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company policies; complete safety training and handle HazMat materials.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and management to maintain service levels.
