Job summary

DÔEN in Vernon, CA is seeking a Warehouse Recommerce Clerk to handle returns, inventory, and daily fulfillment tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will sort returns, assist with merchandise intake, ensure proper storage, and maintain accuracy for audits, while collaborating with team to support quarterly sales and a clean, efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Sorting Returns bins for Hand Me DÔEN packages.
• Assist and maintain checking-in of merchandise, receiving and inspecting submissions for approval.
• Staying up to date on authentication processes.
• Communicate clearly with customer care and trade-in portal customer service about customer inquiries.
• Assist with sorting and organizing inventory for quarterly sales.
• Transferring merchandise into proper bins based on seasonal sales.
• Assist with processing during coordinators absence or high-volume submissions.
• Assist during in-house cleaning procedures & external repair preparations.
• Support with clean up and removal of any used cardboard, pallets, and garbage.
• Support with cleanliness of the shared areas in the warehouse.
• Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
• Assist with quarterly and Mid Year/EOY cycle counts.
• Keep metrics of all processes updated.

Description Of Duties
Title: Warehouse Recommerce Clerk

Classification: Non-Exempt

Pay Rate*: $21/hr.

Location: Vernon, CA (Onsite)

Physical Requirements
