Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Receiving Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will unload, inspect, and enter inbound shipments, match them to purchase orders, and place products in staging areas.

The role supports DSCSA compliance and bulk receiving accuracy, with a focus on safe handling and efficient inventory control. You will work with forklifts, maintain accurate records in the inventory system, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email.
• Ability to read, write and count.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Must be able to train and certify use of forklifts (sit-down, cherry picker, Joey).

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, count and sign for inbound packages from carriers.
• Sort skids/packages by business unit and verify against PO/pack slip.
• Enter quantities into computer or scan product received.
• Place products in correct container or staging area.
• Identify non-conformances and route to OS&D.
• Assist with bulk receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Support DSCSA processes: authenticate products and verify lot numbers.
