Patterson Companies is hiring a Warehouse Receiving Associate in Jacksonville, FL. The role supports outbound and inbound processes, ensuring orders are available, accurate, salable, and received timely.

You will handle packing slips, enter data, and prepare items for staging, while maintaining safety and compliance. The position emphasizes accurate counting, forklift operation readiness, and adherence to company ethics and safety guidelines, with opportunities for growth in a people-first

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient and accurate PC/keyboard skills; familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email.
• Ability to read, write and count.
• Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• This position requires the ability to train and certify the use of forklifts: sit down, cherry picker and/or Joey forklift.

Responsabilités

• Unloads, inspects, counts, and signs for inbound packages and skids from carriers.
• Sorts skids and/or packages by business unit.
• Matches product received to purchase order/pack slip and enters quantity into computer, or scans product received.
• Enters accurate information into computer system.
• Places product in appropriate container, cart, pallet or skid.
• Brings product to staging area for put away; identifies non-conformances and forwards to OS&D.
