Job summary

Patterson Companies is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to ensure orders are available, accurate, and received in a timely manner. You will unload, inspect, and log inbound shipments, verify against purchase orders, and help with put-away in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include DSCSA authentication, carton-by-carton verification, and maintaining inventory integrity while adhering to safety guidelines. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient and accurate PC/keyboard skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Ability to read, write and count; meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Forklift certification/training required.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, inspects, counts, and signs for inbound packages and skids from carriers.
• Sorts items by business unit and matches to purchase order/pack slip.
• Enter quantities into computer system and printout; verify accuracy.
• Pushes and places product in staging area for put away; ensure proper storage.
• Identify non-conformances and forward to OS&D for resolution.
• Conduct DSCSA authentication for products and drugs received.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse; follow safety guidelines.
