Job summary

DPI Staffing is hiring a Warehouse and Receiving Specialist to support our customer in the Clackamas area. The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, and delivering supplies, while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation. Various shifts available in Clackamas, OR.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in warehouse/shipping/receiving. Forklift and pallet jack operation are required, plus a valid driver's license and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience handling packages and maintaining basic inventory records.
• Ability to operate a forklift, manual pallet jack, and electric pallet jack.
• Ability to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming equipment, materials, and supplies at the warehouse.
• Inspect shipments for visible damage and sign delivery receipts as needed.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to designated departments and locations.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Maintain receiving records, inventory logs, and storage documentation.
• Communicate with carriers regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Track surplus equipment and maintain storage location records.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Complete daily maintenance logs for warehouse equipment.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00

DPI Staffing is hiring a Warehouse and Receiving Specialist to support our customer in the Clackamas Area! Pay: $1 7-$20 per hour
Location: Clackamas , OR
Shift: Various shifts available Some of what you may be doing:
