Job summary

Cornell Pump Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Clackamas, OR to handle movement, storage, and distribution of materials in a non-temperature-controlled environment. You will support order fulfillment, inventory management, and operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced team setting. This entry-level role offers a 5:00 a.m.

to 1:30 p.m. schedule, $19–$21 per hour (DOE), opportunities to learn forklift operations, and a benefits package including PTO, 401(k), multiple health

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse and order picking experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, production schedules, and shipping requests to determine material needs.
• Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Pick, assemble, stage, and sequence materials and customer orders for production or shipment.
• Load and unload trucks; unpack containers and store materials in designated locations.
• Organize, label, count, or weigh inventory to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Enter and maintain inventory records; complete requisitions and perform cycle counts.
• Prepare materials and parcels for internal transfer or external shipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Pay (DOE):

$19 - $21 per hour

What You'll Do:

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment, noise, and airborne particles
• Occasional exposure to chemicals used in machining processes
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection
• Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and manual handling typical of a machining environment
