Job summary

ReaderLink in Georgia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, verify, and process shipments within the warehouse environment. You will enter data into the inventory system, attach labels, and support accurate put-away and receiving processes in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include checking bills of lading, comparing PO numbers, pallet counts, and ensuring safe, compliant operations while maintaining accuracy and organization for efficient warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems are required.
• Experience with computerized inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive Bill of Lading from the driver and visually check for accuracy.
• Enter purchase order number, number of pallets, date of receipt, carrier, and product count into the inventory system.
• Break down delivery using packing slip/invoice and verify quantities and titles for accuracy.
• Verify product against packing slip or invoice and link product via license plate (LPN) in the system.
• Attach pallet/case label stickers to pallets for product identification and tracking.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot issues with invoices or purchase orders using the iSeries system.
