Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate in a high-volume distribution center. You will move products, assist with inbound/outbound shipments, and adhere to safety procedures while working with RF devices and voice-directed picking systems.

The role requires physical endurance and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates should be able to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and push/pull up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• General warehouse/material handler experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must be able to stand and walk 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Must be able repetitively reach up and out.
• Must be able push/pull up to 25 pounds repeatedly and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Will frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments as needed.
• Move product by hand or with manual pallet jack to/from Production areas.
• Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and order processing areas.
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time frames.
• Demonstrates quality and accuracy when performing assigned material handling functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
