Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Tulsa store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to maintain accurate store inventory, and ensure receiving paperwork is complete.

The role requires forklift-certified individuals or those willing to obtain certification, with flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to lift 30–60 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified).
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safe lifting practices and SOPs.
