Job summary

Tilebar is seeking a warehouse Receiving Clerk to manage incoming shipments, verify data, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role involves collaboration with suppliers and staff to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues, as well as data recording and quality control.

The incumbent will assist with unloading, returns, and storage, while upholding a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Prior RF scanning and WMS exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with receiving functions including RF scanning preferred.
• Precise data entry and reporting skills required.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills are required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills are required.
• WMS experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Compare identifying information and count, weigh, or measures item of incoming shipments to verify against records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
• Record inventories, receipts, purchases, or deliveries to assess supply needs.
• Assist unloading and unpacking, process returns, and ensure proper storage.
• Conduct regular warehouse audits to ensure items are undamaged and neatly stored.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks such as picking/packing, inventory counts, and shipment prep.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
