Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in a retail setting. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, staging products, and ensuring paperwork accuracy.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience with forklift familiarity preferred, strong communication, and attention to detail. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with multiple shift hours including peak season overtime.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Able to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories in the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
