Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations, unload and audit products, and stage inventory for counting. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in paperwork, and efficient product handling across varying weather conditions.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons. Forklift knowledge is preferred and certification is required for training purposes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Attention to detail; able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available for extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse operations and ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Oversee inventory rotation and proper storage to conserve space and ensure safety.
• Adhere to safe lifting practices and complete required department training ( forklift certification ).
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
