Job summary

Talentify in Tulsa, OK seeks a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to oversee inbound/outbound logistics. You will inspect shipments, enter receipts in ERP/WMS, label and store inventory, and prepare orders for shipment.

You must have 1–3 years in shipping/receiving, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and basic computer skills. English communication and strong attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
Ability to read shipping documents and follow work instructions.
Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
Accurately enter receipts into ERP/WMS systems.
Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and staging orders.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics to prioritize material flow.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including proper forklift operation.
Handle documentation such as bills of lading, shipping manifests, and carrier paperwork.
Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to appropriate teams.
