Job summary

Staples Supply Chain in Charlotte seeks a Warehouse Associate to operate material handling equipment, move products, and support receiving, shipping and returns. You may rotate through six areas, staying compliant with safety rules and maintaining clean, organized spaces.

Qualifications include a short warehouse background, MHE certification, and ability to lift 70–100 lbs. Overtime may be required and 18+ years old. Benefits include paid time off and company programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• For FT, overtime may be required beyond scheduled shift.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet as needed.
• Lift/push/pull 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, pallet jacks) to move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns and resolve discrepancies with coworkers and customers.
• Handle Warehouse Shipping tasks: organize, stack, shrink-wrap, load trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Be flexible to work across six areas as needed, including bulk, porter, replenishment and returns.
