Job summary
Staples Supply Chain is seeking a warehouse associate for our Charlotte facility. You may be assigned to Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk and will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks while following safety procedures.
The role requires basic English, ability to pass a drug screen, and willingness to work overtime. We offer competitive pay and benefits for full-time staff, with shoes provided after 60 days and access to discounts.
Qualifications
- Must perform and understand warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently with analytical thinking and math skills.
- Comfort using a computer and learning WMS systems.
- Excellent communication to coordinate with internal/external contacts.
- Commitment to safety procedures and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets).
- Confirm product accuracy and address discrepancies or damages.
- Communicate professionally with team and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Adhere to safety culture and housekeeping in assigned areas.
