Job summary

BRABAZON PUMPE COMPANY LTD is seeking a warehouse associate to examine shipments, verify accuracy, and support daily order fulfillment. You will perform forklift-involved receiving, recordkeeping for UPS/FedEx, and prepare freight with bill of lading, ensuring timely processing and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Two years of work experience in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, or Logistics.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP system.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to work as a team with internal and external staff.
• Good mechanical understanding/aptitude with the ability to perform general facility maintenance work.
• Must have solid organizational skills, be attentive to detail and able to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, with people of various educational and technical backgrounds, both inside and outside the Company.
• Previous experience with pumps, compressors, and vacuum equipment is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments via UPS, FedEx and LTL and record on receiving slips.
• Verify receipt against purchase orders, packing slips or bill of lading; notify shortages or incorrect items.
• Load and prepare all Brabazon freight shipments; fill out bill of lading.
• Fill customer orders daily; notify supervisor of unshipped items.
• Maintain UPS and FedEx records; report any damage.
• Conduct daily cycle count; target 95%+ inventory accuracy.
• Ensure warehouse security and maintenance of merchandise and equipment.
• Keep all equipment in good working condition.
• Keep warehouse area clean and organized; maintain shipping desk.
• All other duties as assigned.
