Zusammenfassung

Frontmatec is seeking a Warehouse Ambassador to maintain shipping and receiving processes and to back up the Warehouse Team. You will work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely service while upholding Frontmatec's quality standards.

Responsibilities include verifying items against POs and Sales Orders, loading/unloading with equipment, preparing pallets, entering shipments, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. Forklift training and 5S experience are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and urgency.
• Ability to work independently and in a detail-oriented manner.
• Must organize and follow up while juggling multiple priorities.
• Driver's license is required.

Aufgaben

• Accurately support all receiving, inventory, shipping, and returns processes.
• Identify and verify items against POs and Sales Orders.
• Operate standard warehouse equipment and prepare pallets/crates.
• Enter shipments and generate necessary labels/documentation.
• Stock and cycle count according to policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Arrange shipment and provide tracking information.
• Support spare parts and field service teams as requested.
