Job summary

Frontmatec, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain receiving, inventory, shipping, and returns processes with accuracy. You will verify items against POs and Sales Orders, use standard warehouse equipment, and prepare pallets for handling as part of a dynamic team.

You will also organize documentation, support spare parts sales and field service, and contribute to 5S initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse receiving, inventory, pick/pack/shipping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to manage full warehouse cycle with independent planning and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, inventory, shipping, and returns processes with accuracy.
• Identify and verify items against POs and Sales Orders for shipping receiving accuracy.
• Use standard warehouse equipment to load/unload/stock items (with training).
• Prepare pallets/crates for handling using common tools (with training).
• Enter shipments and generate labels and documentation.
• Stock and cycle count according to policy.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Arrange shipments and provide tracking information.
• Support spare parts sales and field service teams.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime with rotating on-call hours.
• Participate in 5S initiatives and continuous improvement.

Description

The incumbent is a Frontmatec Ambassador who is responsible for maintaining the warehouse shipping and receiving process andbacking up and supporting the Warehouse Team. They work closely with several stakeholders in order to serve the customer with urgency and respect for Frontmatec's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accuratelysupportall receiving, inventory, shipping, andreturnsprocesses – including but not limited to, receiving, double-checking, signing, counting, picking, packing, handling, etc.
• Independentlyidentifyand verify items from product descriptions, ID numbers, and quantities against POs and Sales Orders for shipping and receiving accuracy.
• Use standard warehouse equipment (with training) to load/unload/stock various size/shape items.
• Prepare wooden pallets and crates for handling using common tools (with training).
• Enter shipments and generate labels/documentationrequired.
• Stock and cycle count – according to group policy/procedure.
• Helpmaintaina clean warehouse.
• Arrangeshipment, complete required documentation, and provide tracking information.
• Support the sparepartsales and field service teams as requested.
• Carry the spare parts, and after-hoursphone on nights and weekends, in rotation.
• Other duties as assigned by the team leader.
• Assistwith ongoing 5S initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalencyrequired
• 1-2 years of warehouse receiving, inventory, pick/pack/shipping experiencerequired.
• Validdriver’s license isrequired.
• Proven ability to completefullwarehouse cycle (assess needs, plan work, communicate, coordinate, investigate, and evaluate independently and accurately).

• This job requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and walk for most of the day.

• This job requires the ability to learn andoperatehand tools and a forklift.
• This job requires occasional overtime and scheduled, rotating nights and weekend on-call hours.

Schedule:

• 8 hourshift
