Job summary

Atlanta Community Food Bank in East Point is hiring a Receiving Clerk to manage inbound products, verify counts, and enter data into NetSuite and WAERlinx. You will label deliveries, track inventory movement, and ensure accuracy of related documents while maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

This in-office role requires forklift operation certification, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and flexibility to work Sundays through Thursdays with weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified lift truck operator with standup lift experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and WMS systems (NetSuite & WAERlinx).
• Able to work in varying temperature environments and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound products into warehouse management systems (NetSuite & WAERlinx).
• Label deliveries, assign bin locations, and verify counts and documents.
• Verify shipping/receiving documents and track inventory movement.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow PPE procedures and operate warehouse equipment.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure product quality and proper storage conditions.
