Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Conyers, GA location. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, staging products for inventory, and ensuring paperwork is complete.

Must be forklift certified and able to meet safety procedures. Role requires the ability to handle physical tasks, adapt to varying weather, and work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with safety awareness.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Able to stand and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Perform duties as directed by management.
