Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Receiving Clerk to off-load, inspect and receive materials promptly, compare packing slips to purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

You will put-away stock, conduct cycle counts, and work in a warehouse environment with exposure to extreme temperatures. Experience with handheld scanners and basic math preferred.

CED offers benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation; reports to Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience using computer and Microsoft products.
• Use a handheld scanner.
• Do basic math.
• Use a pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks
• Make sure no damaged items are received
• Compare packing lists to purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list
• Put stock away on shelves or in designated stock put away areas
• Conduct cycle counts
