Iowa 80 is hiring for a full-time distribution center role in Walcott, IA. Starting pay is $15–$16 per hour with excellent benefits. Monday–Friday schedule; no mandatory weekends. Join a team focused on quality, problem solving, and long-term careers in a climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities include receiving, picking, and preparing orders for shipment, loading/unloading trucks, and inventory data entry. Training provided for warehouse equipment, strong teamwork required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
• A problem solver who asks questions instead of making assumptions.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Forklift or scanner experience is a plus—and not required.
