Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Production Breakdown Associate to unload, sort, and document incoming shipments, ensuring efficient receiving operations. The role requires attention to detail and proficient use of Excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle shipments from multiple carriers, maintain accurate records, and support production and receiving teams. Opportunities for growth within operations and supply chain are available.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and process incoming shipments via multiple carriers.
• Sort and organize products for receiving and production teams.
• Enter document numbers, tracking, and customer details into Excel and internal systems.
• Review RGA/RMA documentation and notes to identify special handling requirements.
• Prepare shipments for the next stage of the receiving process.
• Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Meet productivity goals while adhering to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations
