Job summary

North Coast Electric in Auburn, WA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to maintain organization, fill orders, and safely operate forklift equipment. You will work five days a week, require on-site attendance, learn RF scanners and operating systems, and contribute to a culture focused on accuracy and customer service.

Pay ranges from $21 to $22.93 per hour, DOE, with overtime eligibility and comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screening, etc.).
• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.).
• Use of forklifts and other PIT equipment.
• Usual 40-hour work-week Mon–Fri; evenings/weekends may be required; EDGE within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling.
• Safe forklift/equipment usage.
• Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices.
• Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.
