Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Receiver in Kentwood, MI. You will inspect shipments, verify counts, and scan items into the system while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role operates on a day shift, Monday through Friday, with hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm or until daily work is completed. Prior warehouse and receiving experience are required, with forklift and pallet jack familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehouse experience; 1 year receiving experience.
• Cherry Picker experience preferred; Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience preferred; Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Great communication with team and other departments.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds.

• Handle all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt.
• Inspect contents for damage and verify quantity and condition.
• Put away products and assist with pulling orders.

The Receiver inspects incoming products for damage and ensures the blocks and tiers are correct and accurately counted.

This is a DAY shift position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You will:

• Receive shipments, unload trucks, and scan products into our system
• Handle all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt
• Inspect all the contents for damage and volume
• Put away the product
• Assist with pulling orders
• Help with some inventory
• Work with the receiving team and collaborate, and communicate with related departments

You have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 years of warehouse experience
  
• 1 year of receiving experience
  
• Cherry Picker experience preferred
