Job summary

Imperial Brady in Columbus, OH is hiring a Warehouse Receiver to join a growing team. The DAY shift runs from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with daily tasks finishing as work is completed.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, scanning into the system, inspecting contents for damage, putting away products, assisting with pulling orders, and helping with inventory while coordinating with the receiving team and related departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1 year of receiving experience.
• Cherry Picker experience preferred.
• Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience preferred.
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.

The Receiver inspects incoming products for damage and ensures the blocks and tiers are correct and accurately counted.

This is a DAY shift position and the schedule is from 7:00am to 3:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You will:

• Receive shipments, unload trucks, and scan products into our system
• Handle all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt
• Inspect all the contents for damage and volume
• Put away the product
• Assist with pulling orders
• Help with some inventory
• Work with the receiving team and collaborate, and communicate with related departments

You have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 years of warehouse experience
  
• 1 year of receiving experience
  
• Cherry Picker experience preferred
  
• Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience preferred
  
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
  
• Great communication skills
  
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds
