Job summary

Fox Factory is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to support incoming materials and ensure accurate inspection, verification, and distribution across the facility. You will help maintain inventory integrity and assist in coordinating the flow of goods through the receiving area.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Identify and report damaged or discrepant materials and assist in resolving shipment issues.
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of received materials to designated departments or storage locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and returned materials.
• Operate material handling equipment, including tier-lift trucks and hand trucks, to transport materials safely throughout the facility.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining receiving and storage areas to support efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in receiving activities as needed.

Position Summary

Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and communication skills to assist in coordinating receiving activities.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and lift/move materials as required.

Education

HS diploma or equivalent required

Experience

1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Manufacturing Environment

Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
