Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a focused Receiving Associate to join our manufacturing team. The role involves leading and assisting the receiving group, keeping accurate records on incoming shipments, and coordinating movement from dock to storage or work areas.

You will inspect materials for defects, communicate with management on priorities, and contribute to productivity and quality improvements within a production environment.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong leadership capability.
• Excellent problem-solving capacity.
• General computer skills (Email, Excel)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Production/Manufacturing environment

Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time.

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
