Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Analyst in Florida. The role focuses on receiving products, maintaining accurate inventory, and creating routine reports using Excel and proprietary systems.

You will support training, uphold safety standards, and assist the Shift Supervisor with daily operations. This full-time position requires 0–2 years of experience, being at least 18+ years old, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and check-in drivers with incoming products.
• Ensure incoming product is accurate and in good standing order.
• Create and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Utilize Excel and proprietary systems for reporting (training provided).
• Manage inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, restocking, repacking, and ensuring date code accuracy and proper product rotation.
• Serve as role model and coach for new hires, assist Shift Supervisor with training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Position Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Receiving Analyst screens and checks-in drivers with incoming company products
• Ensure that incoming product is accurate and in good standing order
• Creating and delivering daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Advanced experience with Excel and proprietary systems (training provided)
• You will manage inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, restocking, repacking, and ensuring date code accuracy and proper product rotation
• You will serve as a role model and peer coach for new hires, facilitate their training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
• Performs the essential functions of a warehouse employee in addition to assisting the Shift Supervisor in the areas of training, safety, reporting, and conducting of the daily shift meeting
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• 0 to 2 years of general work experience
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds

Preferred Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
