Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• 6 months experience in warehouse stocking/inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and assist customers during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and pallets.
• Verify deliveries, dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials, equipment use and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and balers; assist with other tasks as needed.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• Pro fulfillment stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders and ensure quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
