This role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or overnight. You’ll follow safety guidelines, assist customers, and contribute to a well‑organized, inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Experience with safety practices in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts with proper training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down‑stocking, and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and related devices as needed.
