Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Forklift/power equipment experience (3 months)
• Warehouse experience with inventory handling and stocking (6 months)

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves
• Verify deliveries and prepare dock; operate pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures
• Operate store equipment like scanners and Zebra devices as needed
• Team player to complete other assigned tasks
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage delivery orders
• Load delivery orders, ensuring quality and safe loading practices
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
