Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep shelves stocked and backrooms organized by unloading freight, stocking merchandise, and assisting customers. The role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting and attention to detail, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or overnight.

You’ll operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, verify deliveries, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment is preferred.
• Warehouse experience of 6 months is preferred.
• Experience in inventory handling and stocking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and balers as needed.
• Collaborate with team and complete other tasks as assigned.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders and ensure safe loading.
