Job summary

Lowe’s in Massachusetts is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe for customers. You will help customers, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and assist teammates to meet daily goals.

This fast-paced, physical role may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts. Safety and teamwork are essential, with opportunities for growth and training within Lowe’s benefits programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred (3 months).
• Experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and prepare the dock; use pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following proper procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and handheld devices as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders with attention to quality and safety.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Follow Delivery Readiness best practices.
