CW Resources in Fort Lee, NJ is hiring a Material Handler & Receiver for our grocery warehouse. This hands-on, fast-paced role keeps products moving and shelves stocked for customers. No experience is required—we train you.

You will unload deliveries, inspect shipments, label and stage stock, and move inventory safely while following all safety protocols. You’ll also support other departments as needed and help keep the backroom organized.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs with proper technique.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks using manual or powered equipment.
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against paperwork.
• Sort, label, and stage stock for distribution.
• Safely move inventory to the appropriate departments.
• Keep receiving and backroom areas clean and organized.
• Break down packaging and recycle materials properly.
• Support other departments with stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols.
