The role requires the ability to operate a forklift, follow FIFO procedures, and work in a fast-paced food warehouse environment. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Gmail is expected, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving or forklift operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word/Excel and Gmail.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain accurate inventory data and organize products.
• Operate receiving processes per company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Adhere to FIFO and proper labeling procedures.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on inventory control.
