Job summary

ABC Supply in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to receive materials, pull orders for walk-in customers, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks.

Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, pulling and staging orders, and providing excellent customer service on the sales floor. The role requires the ability to lift 75–100 pounds and prior warehouse or forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds consistently.
• Building material experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete pick ticket orders.
• Unload/receiving all deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for each company delivery truck.
• Perform rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Double check all loads for accuracy and secure them for delivery.
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
• Treat all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner.
• Assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites as assigned.
• Perform all duties safely.
