Job summary

Finetco, a family-owned construction design and supply company with Coventry Lumber operations, is seeking a Receiver to manage incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and maintain an accurate inventory.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills for inventory management, and experience in a lumberyard setting; forklift experience and BisTrack Software familiarity are strongly preferred to support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Experience in a lumberyard setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Document and report any discrepancies or damages in shipments.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with warehouse/yard staff to maintain an accurate inventory system.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during the receiving process.
