Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking a Receiver for our Charlotte, NC location to process incoming mail, unload and sort shipments, and maintain accurate receiving records in accordance with SOPs. This role involves operating forklifts/pallet jacks, verifying content against Bills of Lading, and ensuring proper handling of envelopes and TSA-compliant documents.

Candidates should have a High School or equivalent, with 6 months related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak English; read and follow written instructions
• Prepare detailed receiving records and reports
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks

Responsibilities

• Unload and load shipments using pallet jack and forklift
• Sort and stage products by mail type
• Check invoices against shipment contents
• Seal envelopes and verify TSA requirements on certificates
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area
• Assist in other areas as needed
• Duties may be reassigned based on business needs
