Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) with ability to learn new systems.
• Timely and accurate receipt of inbound deliveries using WMS and documentation.
• Verify shipments against PO, packing slips, and invoices for quantity and product ID.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies; report issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Verify and sign for deliveries; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Process returns for incorrect or damaged items.
• Stage and prepare inventory for put-away; assist with FIFO/FEFO.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks; follow safety procedures.
• Support cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
