Stonewall Kitchen in Dover, NH is hiring a Warehouse Picker Packer for 1st shift. The role supports shipping operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and basic order processing on the distribution floor.

You'll work Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm, at a steady pace with overtime during peak seasons. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail while handling RF scanning and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, with the ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs and stand for several hours at a time.
• Comfortable with basic math.
• Experience with Radio Frequency Scanning (RF), willing to learn.
• Prior experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic duties on shipping floor as directed, to include Direct to Consumer/ Courier and Picking, Packing, as well as VAS packaging and labeling.
• Pick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately
• Pack orders efficiently and correctly to prevent damage
• Ticket or label orders as specified
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift
• Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate manager
• Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, including food safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment
• Assist with other distribution activities as needed
