Job summary

Stonewall Kitchen in York, ME, seeks a Warehouse Specialist to manage inbound material receipt, put-away, and daily picks in the York Production Warehouse. The role supports accurate transactions and adherence to Food Safety and GMPs while operating PIT equipment as needed.

Responsibilities include training new staff, generating reports, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas throughout shifts. This is a full-time, on-site position at the York facility.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience with electrical/manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put-away inbound materials and packaging accurately and timely.
• Perform daily material picks as directed by planning tools and systems.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Record all transactions in the Warehouse Management System promptly.
• Store materials per Food Safety, GMPs, and safety rules.
• Operate PIT equipment following safety procedures.
• Train new staff on systems and procedures as needed.
• Prepare daily/inbound freight and picks reports under supervision.
• Maintain clean work areas during and after shifts.
• Report issues to relevant departments and perform other duties.
