Job summary

A&B Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Receiver in Tulsa to accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. You will ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and readiness for distribution.

Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, documenting receipts, operating forklift equipment, and maintaining safe, organized receiving areas. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of warehouse receiving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse receiving experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Encompass or similar) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate PIT equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries; verify counts, product codes, and quality against orders.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues.
• Unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Document receipts in the warehouse management system.
• Label and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Replenish the front pick line as needed for order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of receiving areas.
