Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our Tulsa store. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging products, with emphasis on accurate paperwork and space-efficient storage.

Forklift certification is preferred and you must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons. The position can be full-time or part-time, with base pay starting from $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay available based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Attentive to detail
• Able to work in varying weather conditions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, audit, and stage products in the warehouse
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately
• Store products to maximize space and comply with safety procedures
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse
• Perform related duties as directed by management
• Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs
• Complete required department and equipment training (including forklift familiarity)
