Job summary

Dexian, a global talent + technology solutions firm, is recruiting a Warehouse Associate for a regulated medical device manufacturing site in Acton, MA. You will receive, store, and track incoming materials, enter transactions in the ERP (SAP) per SOP and FDA/cGMP standards, and support warehouse workflow to meet operational demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-4 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Prior forklift experience with the ability to obtain necessary certifications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Proficiency in English for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all receiving-related transactions within the ERP system (SAP) accurately.
• Coordinate the receipt of raw materials and supplies with designated carriers.
• Operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Operate organizational vehicles such as box trucks between facilities.
• Complete all required quality management system (QMS) training prior to performing tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, reporting hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Support workflow execution to ensure warehouse operations meet demand.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
