About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse/manufacturing team in Acton, MA. You will be responsible for the movement, storage, and tracking of materials and supplies to support production, shipping, and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and packages.

Accurately label, store, and organize raw materials and finished goods.

Transport materials to and from production areas using pallet jacks or forklifts.

Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.

Maintain accurate records in the inventory management or ERP system.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

Support packaging, labeling, and staging of products for shipment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Team player with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
